Terms and Conditions

Deposits, Cancellations, Refunds

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before any work can commence. The balance is to be paid at the end of the project. The project can be cancelled at any time, but the deposit will not be refunded.

Versions and Revisions

Each project will include two (2) versions. Once a version has been selected, two rounds of revisions are available. Additional rounds of revision will incur a cost of $25.

Portfolio and Website Credit

We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio, social media accounts, and website. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform RKG before the completion of the project.

Turnaround Time and Abandoned Projects

Each project turnaround time will vary, but RKG estimates seven business days for two (2) versions and three (3) to five (5) days per revision (max 2 revisions). A project will be considered abandoned if RKG has not heard from you in 10 calendar days after the last submission. At this time, you will not have any rights to use any of the work that was previously provided unless the project has been paid in full. If RKG has not heard from you and you contact RKG after five (5) calendar days, a restart fee of $25 will be due to commence work. On the 10th day, the restart fee will be $50. $1 per day in addition to the $50 will be due to restart the project after 10 calendar days have expired.

Rush fees are available for designs that require immediate attention or a shorter turnaround timeframe. Prices do not include printing. Ask about our Social Media Management Services.

IMPORTANT: PAYMENT & REFUND TERMS AGREED UPON SUBMISSION

All Sales Are Final: I understand that due to the nature of digital services, no refunds, cancellations, or rollovers will be provided for any reason, including change of mind or personal circumstances.

No Chargebacks or Disputes: I acknowledge that this service begins immediately upon payment. I explicitly waive my right to file a chargeback or dispute with PayPal, my bank, or any financial institution.

Authorized Purchase: By completing this payment, I confirm that I am the authorized holder of the payment method used and I am entering into this binding agreement willingly.
